Event Description: Description: Purgatory Creek Natural Area is a 700+ acre preserve is the result of successful efforts to preserve this riparian greenbelt. The tour will include a trail walk through the area. The site is a success story for the San Marcos Greenbelt Alliance. This tour will cover Lower Purgatory, the most popular trailhead.
