Event Summary: Learn how the “Bird by Ear” through their chirps, tweets, calls or songs, and how phone apps can help with that.

Event Description: The Hill Countries favorite “Bird Nerds”, Patsy and Tom Inglet are back, and always entertaining with their presentations and information.
They will be sharing their expertise at identifying birds, either through their song, or by using the latest phone applications.

Tom and Patsy Inglet are native Texans originally from Houston until they “retired” to San Antonio.
Birds started as a volunteer interest, but has now become a passion. They have traveled to every continent to see as many birds as possible, banded birds, monitoring nesting birds, banded in birds in the field, and taught many children and adults the basics of birding. Re-connecting people of all ages with nature, via birds, and helping to conserve our natural legacy have become top priorities in Patsy and Tom’s lives.

Cost: Free. Suggested Donation $10
