On 2nd Mondays of every month from 8am-11:30am volunteers will walk designated paths, count, and identify bird species. Led by local bird experts. All levels of birding experience are welcome. This will be a good opportunity to practice and expand birding skills. A small group of volunteers will identify and count bird species in riparian, woodland, prairie, and marsh habitats of the Cibolo Nature Center campus. The City Nature Challenge is an annual global event that encourages people in cities around the world to observe and document the biodiversity in their environments using iNaturalist.
