The Hill Country Leadership Summit is the Hill Country Alliance's premier annual gathering, providing opportunities for learning, networking, and being inspired by our region's top community leaders, conservation practitioners, and natural resource managers.
We meet on Thursdays at Kerrville-Schreiner park at 8:30-10:30AM. Drop-ins are welcome to join us, just tell the gatehouse you're a volunteer and they will waive the entry fee. Learn about 45 natives and how to design your native plant landscape! NLCP is a state-wide program, but classes focus on the characteristics and plants in the region in which they are taught.
The need is for TMN Volunteers to support / lead guided hikes in different areas of the park to include the summit. Hikes will be scheduled 9:00 - 11:00 the last Saturday of each month to start in July (weather depending).
