How the Process Works
Our speakers have spent a lot of time preparing and practicing their presentations. They care about offering educational and fun presentations. A few may ask for a travel expense fee which is usually $50 or less. If you wish, a donation to the Texas Master Naturalist Hill Country Chapter is welcome. Click on the round icon located at the bottom right of this page to donate.
Once your request is received, the chapter will contact the speaker to make sure they are available for you. If all is well, the speaker will contact you to make the final arrangements.
Some of the presentations have been recorded. You can note that the recording is preferred when submitting your request. You will be sent a link to the recording for the date being requested.
It is recommended that you confirm all details 30 days before your event. Then, approximately 10 days before, touch base again to communicate the date, time, number of participants, equipment availability, handout availability, and event contact information.
