Volunteer Opportunity Host Bluebird Season Kickoff
Ten volunteers, registered for event, are needed between presentations all day Saturday to help host the Bluebird Season Kickoff all day Saturday. Wear comfortable shoes.
Work may include greeting, providing directions, assisting an “anchor” at a station, helping serve lunch, clean-up after lunch.
Lunch included in $20 registration (www.rsvpbook.com/2016event).
No outside food or drink.
Five volunteers are needed all day Saturday to help host the Bluebird Season Kickoff, staying on call during sessions and lunch. Work may include greeting after meeting starts, watching over unattended stations during presentations, setting out lunch, assisting with silent auction.
Wear comfortable shoes.
Lunch must be ordered through TBS or brought and eaten outside the building because no outside food or drink is allowed in Bastrop Convention Center.
