Two volunteers are needed to help set-up the Hampton Inn Ballroom for a social event Friday evening.  Work may involve adding center pieces, setting tables, alphabetizing and setting out name-tags, setting up nest-boxes in attractive visual display.  Wear comfortable shoes. Ten volunteers are needed Saturday afternoon to help take-down the arrangements for the Bluebird Kick-Off.  This is moderately strenuous work (table take-down, loading nest-boxes and storage bins, etc. and also includes tedious inventory of each storage bin) so wear sturdy shoes and bring gloves. No outside food or drink.
