DFNC Educational Pond and Native Garden Habitat Workdays

Hey TMN-COT members!!!
We have another joint workday with the BCMGA scheduled for this Saturday at Delores Fenwick Nature Center.
Bring gloves and a water bottle. Wear rain boots or work boots and come ready to muck around in the marshy areas. If you have waders bring them too. Some of the work planned will be “in” the pond. We will provide snacks and shade. You will have access to the Nature Center building to cool off and check out the exhibits.
DFNC staff have been very appreciative, and we have met residents visiting the center and shared with them what we were doing. We even received a “thank you” message from Delores Fenwick herself!
