GCBO Summer Bird Camp 2026

Every year, we host a five-day day-camp for children ages 8-11 at our Lake Jackson headquarters. Activities are centered around nature, science, and conservation and include nature walks, crafts, classroom activities and more!
Volunteers help set up and distribute supplies, lead nature walks, oversee activities, and keep children safe and happy.
Camp runs June 8-12 this year from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM. If you would like to help on any or all of those dates, please reach out!
