SEED COLLECTING at Nash and Mowotony Prairies

             SEED COLLECTING AT

         THE NATURE CONSERVANCY’S

        NASH AND MOWOTONY PRAIRIE

Need volunteers to hand collect native grass and flowers seeds for a prairie project at TNC’s Brazos Woods Preserve. We will start at Nash Prairie, move on to the Mowotony Prairie  and then go to Brazos Woods to spread out the seeds. We usually collect for a few hours and then will go to Brazos Woods to spread what we collected

Bring gloves scissors or clippers, paper sacks, water, snacks

Recommendations: long pants ,closed toe shoes,walking stick, bug spray,
