We rescue Little Bluestem here and transplant it in the Connemara Meadow. Beck’s is a native prairie remnant, never been plowed. I believe this grass was grazed by American Bison.

Prairie Farmstead
The Heritage Farmstead prairie plot is ablaze with colors, variety and pollinators. We were able to return to care taking on a limited time and number of volunteers a few weeks ago. Amazing how nature has taken care of itself.
