National Moth Week 2021

Blackland Prairie Master Naturalists had a wonderful time last Saturday evening at Spring Creek Forest Preserve. Sam Kieschnick, Urban Biologist with Texas Parks and Wildlife opened National Moth Week with a fun and informative mothing event. Kimberlie Sasan, our July AT Speaker, was also there inspiring folks and helping to educate participants. Many thanks to the Friends of Spring Creek Forest Preserve and City of Garland Parks and Recreation Department for sponsoring the event.
