The Annual Meeting provides an opportunity for Texas Master Naturalist volunteers from around the state to gather, participate in hands-on educational seminars, and complete Advanced Training requirements within one weekend. It is also a chance for program participants and partners to network, share ideas, and learn from efforts happening across Texas. Attendance typically exceeds 600+ participants, including volunteers, partners, and members of the public.

We are now seeking dynamic Classroom and Field Session proposals that highlight this rich mosaic of grasslands, riparian corridors, and limestone bluffs. Whether showcasing Ice Age history at the Waco Mammoth National Monument or stewardship at Mother Neff State Park, your expertise can help train volunteers from across the state. This is a premier opportunity to recruit supporters for your specific conservation projects. Submit your proposal by May 15 to help shape our shared mission in Waco!
