Volunteer Opportunity – Archeology Days at Monument Hill

There is an opportunity to volunteer at Monument Hill’s “Archeology Days” event on October 15 and 16. This event will have school children participating at several different activity tables throughout the day. Our chapter will be hosting a table with an activity focused on stratification using colored sand in transparent bottles as models for layers of soil, dirt, rock, etc. We are also welcome to share TMN’s mission with the students and school staff.
