Learn how to properly band a dove.
Event Description:
Participants were trained on the methods and procedures used by Texas Parks and Wildlife at Albert and Bessie Kronkoski State Natural Area to band Mourning and White wing doves.
After training, volunteers will participate in the TPWD banding program at Albert and Bessie Kronkoski State Natural Area from now until mid August.
Event Cost: no charge
Register @: no open registration. This event is open only to trained ABK volunteers selected to participate.
