Discuss the current book by Suzanne Simard about trees.

Event Description:
Bring your brown bag lunch (location to be determined) and join us to discuss Finding the Mother Tree by Suzanne Simard.

It’s hard to imagine that a book about mycorrhizal fungae would be a page turner, but this one is. This book weaves together the personal memoir of the author with a description of her scientific research into the underground intelligence of forests. Join us to discuss the research and personal journey that enabled the author to break through science dogma and ridicule to establish that trees do communicate and share resources.
