Guided walk to learn about geological features, diverse habitats, birds and interesting finds along the trails at Lady Bird Municipal Park.
UBarU is conducting a bioblitz April 25-27 and as part of that event Mark McClelland will give a presentation on "Birds of the Texas Hill Country and Native Plants that Attract Them" followed by an observational walk around UBarU.
Let’s become citizen scientists and observe as many plants and animals possible in one session. Laura Levy will give a brief overview of iNaturalist and Seek, then lead us on a survey along the river trail.
Led by their expert guides, this event provides an excellent opportunity to see various birds at Mitchell Lake.
