From Houston: Take I-45 South to Galveston Island. Take 61st Street Exit, turn right onto 61st Street. Go all the way to Seawall Blvd. Turn right on Seawall. Go about 12 miles to Galveston Island State Park entrance. If the group is meeting on the Beach side, turn left. If the group is meeting on the Nature Center, turn right. Meet your group and then pay, since normally we have a reduced rate. Tell the park ranger at the gate you are with the Texas Master Naturalists.
