Member Diane Humes reached 15,000 volunteer service hours in the month of March. Diane is an avid hawk watcher, but you can usually find her in the wetlands covered in mud. One of Diane’s volunteer locations is Armand Bayou Nature Center. She helps with just about everything at the center. Diane participates in the transects, planting and potting prairie plants and looking for rare plant species. She is also a guide for the pontoon boat rides at the center. Next time you see Diane, congratulate her on this awesome milestone!
