Introduction &  update on CoCoRaHS, the Community Collaborative Rain, Hail & Snow Network, a network of volunteers measuring and reporting the daily amount of precipitation collected in a 24-hour period in your own yard.

Bill Runyon, Texas State CoCoRaHS Coordinator says that even veteran volunteers will learn what the new features of CoCoRaHS are. Trained and registered individuals may earn volunteer service hours for daily monitoring. An official purchased rain gauge is required
