AT: Digital Photography Meeting

Calling all Galveston County Master Gardeners and Galveston Bay Area Master Naturalists!  We will have our first meeting of the Digital Photography Team for the year on March 11 from 9 to 11 am at the extension office. For this meeting we will talk about Event Photography, the Do’s and Don’ts.  Probably some of the most important photos taken by MNs and MGs occur at our various events and we will discuss those photos and talk about ways to make your event photos even better.

The purpose of the meetings will be to learn about digital photography from Scott Buckel, a Master Naturalist and professional photographer, and to share ideas, tips and critiques with each other.   Attending the meeting will count as AT for Master Naturalists and Educational Hours for Master Gardeners.  Since both Master Gardeners and Master Naturalists have an extensive photo database that are always in need of good photos, learning to take better photos will be a help to both organizations.
