AT: Digital Photography meeting via ZOOM

Calling all Galveston County Master Gardeners and Galveston Bay Area Master Naturalists!

We will have a meeting of the Digital Photo Team on September 16 from 9:00 – 10:00 a.m. on Zoom.
This meeting Scott Buckel will give a presentation on Macro Photography. He will talk about what makes a good macro photo and how to capture them.

For new Master Gardeners and Master Naturalists, this meeting is usually held quarterly and is open to all Galveston County Master Gardeners and Galveston Bay Area Master Naturalists. The meetings have been in person but because of the pandemic we are holding our first meeting this year on Zoom. All Master Gardeners and Naturalists are welcome!

The purpose of the meetings will be to learn about digital photography from Scott Buckel, a Master Naturalist and professional photographer, and to share ideas, tips and critiques with each other. Attending the meeting will count as AT for Master Naturalists and Educational Hours for Master Gardeners. Since both Master Gardeners and Master Naturalists have an extensive photo database that is always in need of good photos, learning to take better photos will be a help to both organizations.
