With the mission of our organization as the guide to the volunteer work that we do, the GBAC has set aside funds for the awarding of two scholarships to students who are enrolled or will be enrolled in an accredited institution of higher learning or trade school in the fall of 2023. We believe in the value of education in preparing the next generation to carry on the work of protecting, preserving, and restoring the environment. Applicants who have been engaged in natural resource conservation, restoration, and/or education will be strongly considered. Applications are due May 22, 2023 and students will be notified May 31, 2023.
