Welcome Back – Emeritus Luncheon

On Friday, September 9th, the transition/emeritus committee hosted our first Emeritus community luncheon.   The luncheon focus was to welcome back members of our community that we have not seen for a while.  We wanted to let them know that we were thinking of them and that we would love to have them come back and join us for some activities that could be done at Carbide or at home.  It was a wonderful time to visit and catch up and the feedback from our participants was heart warming and very positive about the continuation of this program.  Our next meeting will be in February.

Two of our participants were from the original Class of 2001 and one even wore her golden nametag.
