Monthly Meetings
The Texas Master Naturalist, Hill Country Chapter meets monthly in-person and online via Zoom. Chapter Meetings are Open to the Public and held on the fourth Monday of each month from 6:30p-8:00p. Location of the meetings vary – see the various meeting places below.
Each meeting opens with a social hour followed by a short business meeting and a 1-hour Advanced Training session.

Overabundant White-tailed Deer
in the Texas Hill Country
The speaker for the March 23 Chapter Meeting will be Evan McCoy. His program explores the deer populations in the Edwards Plateau. How many are too many, and how do we manage populations?
Evan McCoy is the Senior Biologist for the Texas Parks and Wildlife District 5, where his responsibilities primarily include daily operations, wildlife research and monitoring, outreach programs, and providing technical assistance to private ranches across 13 counties in the western Edwards Plateau.
