Event Summary:
Learn about the Texas tortoise.

Event Description:
Texas Tortoise are on the Species of Greatest Concern list.  The speakers are conducting research to determine quantities, test for some symptoms, and take DNA samples.  This event will train volunteers on how to participate.

At a minimum they would like photos posted on iNaturalist if volunteers come in contact with the Texas Tortoise.
