Event Description:
Want to learn how to grow your own fruits and vegetables in the Texas Hill Country? Come join the Gillespie County Extension Service and the Hill Country Master Gardeners at the Plantastic Gardening Seminar on March 4th, 2022.

Registration starts at 8:30 am. The program will go until 3:30 pm. Topics include cover crops and improving soil health for gardens, tomatoes, growing your own vegetable transplants, container gardening, gardening 101 and growing fruit trees locally. Bring questions for the question-and-answer session at the end.

Preregistration deadline March 1, 2022. The pre-registration cost for the program is $35 with boxed lunch or $25 without lunch.

Day of the program walk-up registration is $25 at the door, no lunch.

Pre-packaged refreshments will be provided as part of the program.
