Love Creek Preserve Trail Maintenance-Bandera County

Our focus for the workday will be cleaning up the interpretive trail behind the shop and possibly the Love Creek trail (depending on how many folks show up). We’ll meet at our shop (2725 Elam Creek Road – at 8:00am. The gate will be open, unless you arrive really early and beat me there 😊 We’ll wrap up around noon or whenever folks need to take off. Please let me know if you plan to attend!

Suggested tools/items to bring include:
Hoes, rakes, pickaxes, digging/scraping tools that can be used to help clean/shape the trail
Loppers
A   (for any larger branches we might encounter) – I’ll also have a chainsaw, so no need for everyone to bring a Sawzall, but feel free to bring one if you would like
Weed eaters (not sure how much grass has grown up yet, but the rain has helped perk everything up and get things growing again)
Hat
Water
Snacks/Lunch (if you’d like to eat lunch following the workday)

I’ll have plenty of extra hand tools if you don’t have any, but folks are welcome to bring any tools they prefer to work with.
