Notice of Bylaws Adoption Vote: The Chapter membership will be asked to vote at the February 23 meeting to approve a revised form of Chapter Bylaws. The State office for the Texas Master Naturalist Program requires that the Bylaws be adopted verbatim by each Chapter except for two options:
we may attach0 an addendum governing conflicts of interest if we are a 501(c)(3) organization, and we may we may chose a term of office of one year or two years for our officers and directors. Consistent with past practices we have adopted the Addendum and we have opted for a one-year term of office.

Monthly Meetings
The Texas Master Naturalist, Hill Country Chapter meets monthly in-person and online via Zoom. Chapter Meetings are Open to the Public and held on the fourth Monday of each month from 6:30p-8:00p. Location of the meetings vary – see the various meeting places below.
Each meeting opens with a social hour followed by a short business meeting and a 1-hour Advanced Training session.
