Brazoria County Parks will host Nature Camp at Camp Mohawk County park for children ages 7 to 12. Monday through Friday from 9am until noon. Volunteers are asked to arrive 30 minutes early to help set up and get ready for campers. There will be 3 – 50 minute sessions per day dealing with nature education and Native American Arts & Crafts. Volunteers are needed to help lead sessions as well as be group leaders. Groups will be broken up by ages: 7-8, 9-10 and 11-12 year old’s. Migration Celebration is a Texas Mid-Coast National Wildlife Refuge Complex 2-day event underwritten by Friends of Brazoria Wildlife Refuges. Many volunteers are needed to work the various event and support stations.
