Help Needed – Beach Heroes – 2025 Art Exhibit
We need your help in ensuring another successful art exhibit for the elementary students, their families and the community on Saturday, January 11,2025 in Galveston.

How you can help:

Cookie Donations – these cookies will be used during the event and remaining ones are boxed and shared with a local women’s/children shelter in Galveston. These donations are so appreciated by our participants and offer a bit of sweetness to those in crisis. If you can help, please use the attached link to sign up. We will have drop off points (Carbide, Galveston or at the event).

Set-Up/Staffing/Break-Down – Our hosts have been extremely gracious allowing our team to transform their community hall into an art gallery. We need help on the following days:

Set-Up – Friday – January 10th starting at 9:00 am

Staffing – Saturday – 3 – 7:00 pm – Join our team as we honor our student artists and their families and welcome the community

Break-Down – Sunday – January 12th – starting at noon – we are sharing our exhibit with the congregation and their friends on Sunday and will start breaking it down at noon
