VOL – Exploration Green

Our next regular workday will be this Saturday, November 9th, from 8:00 a.m. to noon. Most of our work will involve cleanup work and weeding at the tree nursery, but a small crew might go over to Phase 2 to untie trees and pull up stakes. However, we will meet at the nursery first. See the attached flyer for the address.
This past week has been a busy time for some of the lead volunteers. On Thursday we were given the green light to begin planting on the west side of the lake in Phase 2. We will also plant on the habitat island early in the near future. Stay tuned for more details within the next week. In addition to planting trees, volunteers are needed to work at the sign-in tables, so please let me know if you can help in that capacity on any of the following dates (all of them on Saturdays):

January 4th
January 11th
