VOL – Exploration Green

If you are looking for a good way to work off those extra holiday calories, please join us this Saturday at the Exploration Green tree nursery, where we will work from 8:00 a.m to noon. Our task for the day is to move trees we will be planting from the mats to the gate (to make for easier loading). We have flagged 196 trees to plant at Phase 2 in December and January (not including the trees that will go on the habitat island).

The Wetland Nursery at Exploration Green is located near 1801 Neptune Lane, Clear Lake City (Houston) 77062. Park along the street near the bridge (from which you can see the nursery) and take the northeast trail.  DO NOT PARK ON THE BRIDGE.
