VOL – Stormwater Wetland Thursday

This Thursday: February 12, 9am-12

Cullen will be leading us in sprigging and potting Juncus species. There will also be some prep (cutting fabric squares) for the “bulrush balls” to be deployed at the upcoming Pearland Nature Center wetland planting event on March 7 (a flyer is in production). I give up on relaying encouraging weather conditions in this notice, since last Thursday turned out to be very unlike the nice Monday prediction.

The nursery is near 1801 Neptune Lane, Clear Lake City (Houston) 77062. Park along the street near the bridge (from which you can see the nursery) and take the northeast trail.
