VOL – Stormwater wetlands

September 12: We will be at Exploration Green nursery from 9am-12pm to thin out pots of Saururus cernus (lizard tail) and Panicum hemitomon (maidencane), continuing the work we started in the last two weeks. We will continue weeding ponds as needed and updating counts for reporting.

The Wetland Nursery at Exploration Green is located near 1801 Neptune Lane, Clear Lake City (Houston) 77062. Park along the street near the bridge (from which you can see the nursery) and take the northeast trail.

REMINDER: PLEASE DO NOT PARK ON THE BRIDGE ON NEPTUNE.
