VOL – Stormwater Wetlands-CANCELLED

CANCELLED due to TS Imelda September 19: We will be at the GCBO nursery from 9am-12pm this week. We are working on cleaning out empty pots from Pond 1A still if weather permits. If it is raining we will work under cover or inside cleaning seeds.

Water quality samplers are out and sampling at MD Anderson. Hoping to capture our first rainfall event this week. We are planning to start sampling at Exploration Green Phase 1 wetlands in October or November.

The wetland nursery at Gulf Coast Bird Observatory is located at 299 TX Highway 332, Lake Jackson, TX 77566. From the parking lot by the new building, take a short walk down the road and you will see the nursery to the right.
