AT for Review

Use this form to submit possible Advanced Training opportunities - classes, meetings, workshops, etc. Check the chapter calendar to see if the event has been approved before submitting this form. If the event does not appear on the calendar, submit this form to the Director of Advanced Training for review. Fill in each line as directed, even if details are mentioned elsewhere. If the director determines the event qualifies as AT and approves the event an AT code will be assigned and published by email and chapter calendar.
